Bret Starr originally founded the agency in the early 2000s. After working in sales and marketing leadership roles for HR tech companies, he got tired of hiring agencies that he had to train to understand his business. Over the years, he assembled a crew of other former sales and marketing executives, consultants, and practitioners to form an agency that knew a thing or two about workplace technologies and services because they had lived it.
