After Werklabs’ creation as the result of an acquisition, we defined its brand message, positioning, purpose, personality, and attributes to give the brand the unique voice and foundation it needed.

The logo and brand came to life from the seeds planted during creation of the brand message. By identifying how Werklabs surfaces the deeper human truth, and ties that insight to action, our team was able to build a brand system that reflects the layers of an employee's work and life. The brand became about these layers and the full depth of the employee experience that they reveal.

After redefining and building out the Werklabs brand, we next brought the brand voice and visuals to life on the company’s website. It was important to communicate Werklabs’ purpose and services, establish the company as a thought leader, and distinguish its unique brand.
