The Starr Conspiracy Expands Executive Team to Meet Burgeoning Client Needs Amid Record Growth

Longtime Business Leaders Promoted to Accommodate Growing Client Needs and Demand for Industry Expertise

SAN FRANCISCO — (July 5, 2018) — The Starr Conspiracy, an integrated business-to-business marketing agency serving human capital management software and services clients, today proudly announces the expansion of its executive management team to match its rapid growth and burgeoning client needs. 

At the same time, The Starr Conspiracy is adopting the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to match the agency’s growth velocity and position it to create 500 new jobs over the next 10 years. 

“Our vision is to create 100 new jobs in Texas over the next three years — on our way to 500 across the country,” said Bret Starr, Starr Conspiracy partner and CEO. “The ability to draw directly from the ranks of longtime team members to assemble a world-class management team has us primed and ready to achieve this vision. It’s an exciting time.” 

Former director of client services, Haley McBride, has been promoted to vice president of client delivery. “As we continue to grow larger, so does our emphasis on employee and client satisfaction,” Starr said. “Haley’s unique ability to identify and communicate the business needs of our clients will continue to be vital in our ongoing commitment to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology. We are very lucky to have Haley steering this ship.”

Erin Preston has taken over as director of operations and will oversee the agency’s implementation of the EOS. “Erin’s list of agency contributions during her tenure are vast, varied, and hard to count,” said Dan McCarron, Starr Conspiracy partner. “Her history with the agency and background in finance made Erin the only qualified candidate for the director of operations position. We’re lucky she accepted the position.”

Jonathan Goodman has been promoted to general manager of The Starr Conspiracy’s office in San Francisco and joins Steve Smith and Lance Haun to continue the agency’s expansion in the Bay Area. “I am extremely proud to welcome Jonathan to the Bay Area,” said Steve Smith, Starr Conspiracy partner.
