Feeding four hungry people with food items that were never supposed to be cooked together. Yes - it's just like Chopped, only I don't win $10,000.

These days it's anything my teenagers haven't found and played into the ground. Favorite genre is punk - old school, Irish and ska.

What is your favorite road trip destination?

Vancouver by way of Yellowstone/Big Sky, Montana/Portland/Seattle.

What's your drink of choice?

Pint o' Guinness.

Do you believe in ghosts?

No, but my dog Roy sees dead people. He's a true believer.
